Gamenzo - Offline (a product of VEOSTA (Parent Company), "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Our application is designed to be played offline. However, to keep the app free, we utilize third-party advertising services. These services may collect the following types of data:

Identifiers: Device identifiers (such as IDFA or Android Ad ID) to provide personalised advertisements.
Usage Data: Information about your interactions with advertisements and the application.
Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data to help us improve app stability.
Device or Other IDs: Hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers used for analytics and ad serving.

2. Microphone & Speech Recognition

One of the games in this collection ("Speak Number Guessing Game") uses your device's microphone to recognise spoken numbers via the browser's built-in Web Speech API. This feature:

Only activates when you open that specific game and grant microphone permission.
Uses your device's built-in speech recognition capabilities. Depending on your browser and operating system, audio may be processed locally or sent to your device's default speech recognition provider (such as Google or Apple) to transcribe your speech.
Can be disabled at any time by revoking microphone permission in your device settings.

3. How Information is Used

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

To serve personalised and relevant advertisements via Google AdMob and mediation partners.
To monitor and analyse app performance and fix technical issues.
To fulfil legal and regulatory requirements (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency).

4. Third-Party Advertising Services

We use the following advertising partners. Each partner may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob — Primary ad serving and mediation.
Unity Ads — Mediated ad network.
Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) — Mediated ad network.

5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked for permission before we track your activity across other apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can change your choice at any time in your device settings.

6. Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. Any data collected by third-party advertising SDKs is retained according to those partners' own retention policies (linked above). Game progress is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage and is never transmitted externally.

7. Data Deletion

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. To remove locally stored game data, you can:

Clear the app's data in your device settings, or
Uninstall the application.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app consists of various casual games rated for general audiences. We configure our advertising to serve age-appropriate content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
